Construction Manager

Overview Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager with experience in both commercial and residential projects, to join their Clients team in Cape Town.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeframes and budget.
You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the construction process.Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all necessary resources are availableManage and supervise construction teams and subcontractorsMonitor construction progress and make adjustments as neededEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsCoordinate and communicate with clients, architects, and engineersResolve any issues or disputes that may arise during constructionPrepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reportsOversee the procurement of materials and equipment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction ManagerExperience in both commercial and residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Benefits: Salary: Market Related.
