We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader (Mobile). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. The ideal candidate will analyze financial information to identify trends, manage costs, increase revenue in the team, and ensure proactive reporting on these areas.
With Hollywoodbets You Will: Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring: Valid driver's license.A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.Track record of over-achieving quota.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.What You'll Do For The Brand: Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets on Active and Qualified accounts.Plan marketing campaigns with the assistance of the Area Manager and Marketing Team.Facilitate promotional activities daily.Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for CSI handovers at Regional and National campaigns.Measure the effectiveness of promotions (ROI) using Promo Tracker.Conduct market analysis/research to make suggestions for improvements.Recruitment, interviewing, and coordinating with AM/Trainer for induction.Manage the performance and team management of Mobile Clerks, including setting daily targets and completing performance reviews.Organize continuous training for mobile clerks on betting types and processes.Ensure cash-ups are done following procedures and report shortages to management.Complete all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training weekly.Provide day-to-day operational support to Area Managers.Manage team members' leave, absenteeism, and attendance.Manage stock levels and usage.Perform any other related duties as required.What You'll Bring To The Team: Ability to communicate efficiently.Must be results-driven.Impressive business acumen and in-depth market awareness.Clear insight into how sales work.Good understanding of upselling and finding additional products and services to benefit the customer.Strong relationship-building skills.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
