Key Responsibilities Support your Store Manager in goals to deliver commercial growth. Develop a team culture focused on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Lead the way for our store teams in the absence of the Store Manager. Ensure the team delivers great standards and exceptional service every day. What We Are Looking For You will be:
