An individual who is full of energy would fit perfectly into our culture while driving their team professionally through training and development.Basic – Negotiable plus funeral, life, and medical insuranceCommissions – Uncapped with an on-target average of between R8,500 and R14,000 depending on experience and performance.Responsibilities:Leading and developing a team to reach daily targets,Holding daily meetings before the shift,Open communication culture: always promoting honesty and integrity,Setting clear team goals for the day, the week, and the month,Overseeing day-to-day operations,Monitoring team performance,Reporting on sales metrics,Providing development and training for the team,Resolving conflicts within the team on all issues,Rewarding high performance with incentives.Requirements and skills:Matric with a clear criminal record is a must!3 years experience as a Team Leader in a high-pressure outbound sales environment is a must!FAIS, RE5, DOFA is an advantage,Long-term insurance is an added advantage,In-depth knowledge of performance metrics,Excellent MS Excel skills (intermediate to advanced knowledge),Excellent communication and leadership skills,Organizational and time-management skills.If you do not hear from us within 30 days, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
