Team Leader: Hotel Maintenance

Fancourt, South Africas premier golfing, leisure and lifestyle destination, is situated in George in the heart of the Garden Route.
Our Maintenance Department is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the team. We are looking for someone with drive and passion for the industry and with the ability to lead the team to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds standards. We are looking for someone with Grade 12 or equivalent, with at least 5 years experience in a similar role, and have MS Office skills and a drivers license.
Work experience in a technical field in a hotel environment, would be advantageous.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Supervise maintenance operations;Supervise and train staff and the allocation of duties;Implement planned and emergency maintenance schedules;Quality control of completed works;Ensure a high level of communication is maintained;Ensure health and safety standards are kept.We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, Public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.If you believe you have suitable experience and qualifications, please apply online.Application Process:Closing date: 24 September 2024How to apply:
