Reporting to the Assistant Coordinator, you'll lead our F&B team with confidence, crafting floor plans, guiding service flow, and handling any surprises that come up - all to create a seamless experience for every guest. Your focus will be on leading with energy, building team skills, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.Who You AreYou're a natural leader with:A minimum of two years in a supervisory hospitality roleSolid barista skills and F&B experienceProven leadership abilities with a knack for training and organisationIdeally, a current LCQ or Duty Manager's CertificateCurrent residency in Queenstown, with accommodation already sortedWhat's in It for YouGet ready for some exciting perks!
