Team Leader, Credit Evaluation ManagementJob OverviewBusiness Segment: Personal & Private BankingLead a team of Credit Evaluation Managers and/or Officers who assess and evaluate lending applications for clients/small businesses (including self-employed applicants) based on sound credit risk and affordability assessments, financial principles, and credit policies. This role aims to manage the growth of the asset book of the bank while minimizing losses and mitigating credit risks. This will include the spectrum of lending products available to Consumer clients.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsPreferable: B/Comm Accounting or Financial Management or Credit DiplomaExperience Required5-7 years of experience in Credit Risk Management, managing a team, intuitive credit assessment, and decision-making in relevant segments and products. Good knowledge and understanding of financial statements, repayment structures, collateral, and collection processes within the banking environment.
