About the roleThe Team Leader will oversee the management of the company's relationships with its customers. They oversee and develop new market, new customers, building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible. Will oversee finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing new business and promotion of inverters, batteries and solar panels.Establish new business and promotion of renewable energy.Able to independently design and write project plans and project proposals and capable to explain plans and presentations to users. Be the primary point of contact and the building of long-term relationships with customers.Assist customers through email, phone, on-line presentations, screen-share and in person meeting and presentations.Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Forecast and track key account metrics.Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.Liaise between the customer and internal teams.Conduct market research to identify trends , opportunities and competitive dynamics. Prepare regular reports on channel activities, performance and outcomes. Use data analysis to drive insights and improvements in channel strategies.Candidate requirementsEducation:National Diploma in electrical, sales, business management, or related fields.Experience:At least 3 - 5 years proven sales work experience in the solar industry.Proven sales record.Must have 3 – 5 years' experience in Distribution.Good understanding and knowledge of bid requirements in the solar energy industry.Good Understanding and knowledge of renewable energy project development process.Additional ConsiderationsMust have own transport.Must have a valid driver's license.Good communication skills – written and verbal.Professional, self-motivated and target driven.
