Team Lead Of Instructional Design Unit

Details of the offer

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it's decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of learning and development? Do you thrive in a dynamic, diverse environment where creativity meets best practices? Are you a pro at planning? Join our innovative team at INFUSE as we revolutionize the world of instructional design.
We're a collective of forward-thinking professionals who are not afraid to experiment, create outside the box, and elevate learning solutions to new heights.
As the Team Lead of Instructional Design, you'll immerse yourself in a culture of continuous learning, tackling exciting challenges, and crafting projects you'll be proud of. You will also work with our amazing team of IDs and help them move the projects forward. If you're ready to unleash your creativity and make a lasting impact, join us.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Lead and mentor our team of instructional designers, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and delivering results;
Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on progress;
Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company's vision and values;
Create learning solutions for external clients;
Manage, curate, and upskill the ID team to assist with development of trainings for INFUSE teams;
Effectively communicate with Educational Architect and Head of the Department by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights. Drive open dialogue, ensuring transparent and timely reporting;
Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities;
Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a fast-paced environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities;
Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and impeccable English writing skills;
Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within L&D department;
1+ year of experience managing a team;
Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly;
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships;
Highly collaborative spirit;
Comfortable with ambiguity;
A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done;
Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to change.

If you recognize yourself in this and are up to the challenge, we'd be happy to hear from you!
