Job Title: Team Assistant InternLocation: Groenkloof, PretoriaSalary: R6 000 Closing date: End Oct 2024 Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:Strong administrative skills with experience in office management and organization.Strong telephonic communication skills.Basic understanding of marketing principles.Matric.Ability to speak and write Afrikaans.Beneficial requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Experience in Telesales.Duties and responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence.Assist with marketing tasks such as social media management, content creation, and campaign support.Handle telephonic communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient service.Support the team with meeting preparations, including scheduling, agenda setting, and minute-taking.Assist in organizing company events and marketing activities.Perform any other duties as assigned by the team.By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm:1.
