Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.
Applications are sought for a suitably qualified and experienced Teacher Librarian to join the teaching team at Howard Springs. This position is a fixed-term, full-time contract until December 2025.
Teacher Librarians provide an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.
They are responsible for the development and implementation of a stimulating and engaging learner-centred library program and the provision of a range of support services to staff and students in areas such as teaching and learning and promotion of a reading culture that will result in students achieving academic success.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a library setting (desirable) and a demonstrated experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team, developing, establishing, implementing, and monitoring learning and curriculum.
