Requirements: Matric or equivalentUndergraduate degree in a business or HR field would be advantageous5+ years' experience in skills development/trainingSkills Development Facilitator (SDF) CertificationProven ability to design and implement effective training and development interventions.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel)Reliable transportThis is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch A more comprehensive job description will be available upon application.
