The Instructional Training Designer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs, conducting needs analysis, managing and delivering training and development activities, applying instructional design methodologies and techniques, and using learning management systems. We are looking for multiple candidates. QualificationsTraining Program Design and Needs Analysis skillsTraining and Development and Learning Management skillsInstructional Design skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsExperience with Learning Management SystemsExperience in designing and delivering training programsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related fieldExperience in a corporate environment is a plusExperience in the IT industry is a plusSSP and POS system knowledgePrevious retail experienceRole requires extensive travelTerm and Remuneration6 Month ContractRate is R470 per hour maximumCandidates need to be available immediately
