TDN - Tenders Administrator - #348-06 Close date: 2023-08-11T12:14:40.332Z Are you an experienced and professional Tender Administrator, with an eye for detail and commitment to process excellence? If so, this may be the role for you.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in Tender Administration or Tender Management who is hands-on and has a proven track record of working with multiple products and strict deadlines simultaneously. Your analytical mindset, time management skills, ability to prioritise, and excellent relationship management skills will ensure that exceptional service is provided to Vendors and Partners, as well as to internal clients in Sales, Product, Configurations, and other business units.
You will play a key part in processing high-quality tender documents and will use your prior experience in Supply Chain or Procurement to add value to the Tender process at Tarsus, helping Sales to win a greater number of tenders for Tarsus.

Requirements: Grade 12, or equivalent Extensive tender administrative experience with a thorough understanding of Tender processes – coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications. CRM experience Manage tender documentation through the full lifecycle from inception to completion Experience in ensuring that tender submissions represent the best possible response in terms of completeness, appropriateness, and within deadlines. Proven ability to evaluate the quality and calibre of information included in a tender, and to effect beneficial changes where necessary Keen appreciation of process optimisation and efficiency, with an ability to add exponential value to administrative processes and to measure success Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the products and services that Tarsus provides will be a distinct advantage (brand certification ideal) Logical, proactive, and pragmatic approach to business Superb written and verbal communication skills Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel High-level numeracy skills Reliable transport This is an office-based position in the Woodmead Branch.
