Bookkeeper

Minimum requirements: Matric and an accounting diploma or degreeMinimum 5 years experience as a bookkeeperWorking knowledge of Sage Evolution accounting softwareWorking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Valid drivers license with own transport (traveling to other operations will be required)Processing cash book transactionsPreparing journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactionsPosting journal entries to ledger accountsPreparing daily cash management reportsPreparing daily financial reports as requiredProcessing bank deposits and disbursementsPerforming bank reconciliations Preparing trial balances and monthly management reports.Liaise with Tax, Audit, BEE and other Finance service providers Travel to the various operations to fulfil the Finance functionConsultant: Charlene Nel - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
