ProStaffSelect are in search of a Wine Tasting Room Manageress / Restaurant Manager to oversee daily activities, tour bookings, orders, wine tastings, wine & food pairings, cellar tours, vineyard and estate tours, tasting room admin, wine centre stocks, retail store supplies and orders and the all-important task of HOSTING visitors and PROMOTING this award-winning brand as an AMBASSADOR for the estate.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant Wine qualification either WSET or Cape Wine Academy is preferred or someone who's truly PASSIONATE about wines.
Previous experience within fine dining restaurant service.
Highly presentable lady with a natural style, polish and sophistication to match this exclusive brand.
Attractive and bubbly personality with lots of energy and strong knowledge of food and wines.
Service oriented and a natural hospitality focused individual.
Strong admin and computer proficiency.
Confident and expressive communicator with excellent communication skills in English.
Organised and well-planned individual with ATTENTION TO DETAIL in ALL respects.
A professional individual who's driven, determined and self-motivated.
