Job DescriptionThe Talent Specialist role ensures that our talent acquisition processes are effectively managed to ensure that LabourNet's recruitment processes are followed in such a way that we attract and hire the right talent at the right time. It engages with various managers to understand business needs, develops, documents and improves processes and facilitates end to end recruitment.
You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to: Recruitment Process:Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy for the LabourNet Group.Execute company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing of the LabourNet Group.Document and update processes to ensure that recruitment department operates in scalable manner.Attraction:Ensure pro-active meetings with various managers to understand the talent pipelining needs for various business units.Create and implement an effective attraction framework per product stream/department that ensures active pipeline building with the aim to fill all vacancies within 21 working days.Reporting:All relevant statistical data is updated on a weekly basis to ensure the effectiveness of each step of the recruitment cycle.Highlight and action any deadlines that are not being met with the applicable parties on a weekly basis.Quarterly review of the recruitment process to add/change any process and measure the effectiveness of it.Advertisements:Create a library of advertisements for all positions on software portals.All adverts placed on the same day of receiving approved requisition.Place adverts on all suitable platforms (including Pnet, LinkedIn, Smartrecruiters).All vacancies must be advertised internally and placed on the intranet.All adverts must be removed from all the different sites after the role has been successfully filled.Ad Hoc Projects:Participate in various projects to improve the Talent Acquisition strategy and framework over time.Package & Remuneration:Salary: R25 000 CTC per month

QualificationsYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: Grade 12National Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably within a recruitment agency or internalExperience in social media recruitmentExperience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the recruitment processExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Must be able to effectively function within a pressurised and fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationIn return, we offer you: CultureWe pay attention to output rather than time spent, and we offer a flexible working environment.
