HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?The Talent Development team is looking for a conscientious, energetic, detail-oriented Specialist to do more than just support the day-to-day operations of the team. They will work hand-in-hand with the TD team to schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute workshops and training events. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized and can manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and processes at the same time. Given the importance of this role, we are looking for a professional who knows how to keep cool under pressure, while still having fun, and contribute to the North Highland culture.
You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
THIS ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:Training CoordinationSchedule and execute training events across multiple offices several months in advance.Manage inventory of training materials, physical and digital, and be responsible for providing the required materials to training leads and facilitators.Send out invitations and track attendance for training events.Manage contracts, invoices, and logistics for external vendors.General AdministrationMaintain eLearning courses in the Learning Management System e.g. adding/updating courses, ensuring proper tagging.Run reports tracking attendance and assessment metrics.Manage and help in maintaining team processes.Track and allocate Talent Development invoices and expenses.Communicate with internal teams and consultants to help answer questions and identify opportunities for improvement.IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Customer service-oriented approach and natural ability to be part of the team.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility.Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work both autonomously and in collaboration.Impeccable organizational and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines.Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.Follow through on action items and keep the team informed of progress.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Extensive experience with web-based tools and the internet.Ability to interact with all levels across the Firm.Preferred SkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Learning Management System (specifically Cornerstone).Webinar technology (specifically Zoom).eLearning products (Camtasia and/or Articulate) a plus.Past Learning & Development/Training experience.Past event planning experience.EXPECTATIONS:Productivity – completes all work within the expected timeframe.Accuracy of Work – completes all work in an accurate manner with few, if any, mistakes (especially with data).Business Acumen – demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.Relationship Management – forms and maximizes relationships with business partners through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.TRANSFORMING CLIENTS.
