Track sourcing metrics, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize your approach. What You'll Bring: Experience: 2+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Availability: Immediate start required. Strong understanding of long-term candidate relationship building. Ability to work with a wide range of clients across different industries. Excellent communication skills, combined with a passion for finding and engaging top talent. Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment technologies.
