We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CX Admin/Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing the 'after-sales' aspect of our customer experience, ensuring that post-sales processes are handled efficiently and effectively. By providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail, this role ensures a seamless customer experience and helps maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and process various administrative tasks related to customer experience, including:Off-hire requestsOn-hire and off-hire confirmationsETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival)Damage and loss notesInvoice queriesHire suspensionsProvide proactive and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring full customer satisfaction.Work across both our Core and Procure offers, providing support across different areas of the business.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and administrative tasks.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and resolve any issues promptly.Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.RequirementsRelevant industry experience not essential but beneficial.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to multi-task and prioritise.You are mature, upbeat, and have a genuine interest in people.You are self-controlled, and a systematic and logical thinker.Software Knowledge and Proficiency: Sound computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
