Talent Partner (Remote) at Watershed ConsultingWatershed Consulting is growing and needs to add more Talent Partners to our team. We have been in existence since 2000, so we have a good track record. We are BBBEE level 2.
We offer excellent commission: 50% on placements, and as an incentive, if you place more than R300k in a quarter, you receive an extra 10% commission on all placements above R300k.
You will be responsible for some of your own business development, but you are also welcome to assist other recruiters with their positions. Currently, we have a lot of positions available, so there is work while you onboard your own clients.
We have a team in Durban and Cape Town, as well as consultants in other areas. We do not restrict consultants to working in their residential areas.
Please note that we do not provide data, airtime, or equipment. There is no desk cost. You will have access to PNet, Careers24, Executive Placements, and social media sites to source your candidates.
This is a remote, full-time position and not freelance. We do not micromanage, and we have been working remotely for over a decade.
The Watershed team is experienced, mature, and collaborative. You will enjoy working with us. We have structured meetings and a cohesive team.
Minimum Requirements: Must have previous recruitment experience.
