Inviting applications for the role of Talent Coordinator – Senior Process Associate - English – On site Johannesburg The scope of the roles covers the end to end recruitment process – starting with sourcing, going through selection and interviewing process, up till offering the candidates and supporting the background check process.
ResponsibilitiesSourcing of the candidates (both passive and active)Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview for the selected and suitable candidatesScheduling appointments between the candidates and managersPartnering with business partners, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needsOversee the recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptanceManage applications, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely mannerEntering and updating data in the recruitment systemsImplementing and learning new hiring technologyTaking part in events, job fairs and any projects aimed to develop our talent poolHandling recruitment projects in Romania and other countries, as per allocation done by manager and business needCreating regular or ad-hoc reports, as per the business needContribute to process improvement by coming up with ideasCollaborating closely with colleagues across EMEA Recruitment teamMinimum QualificationsFluency in EnglishUniversity degree (relevant studies) would be an advantageRelevant experience focused on mass recruitment processes and exposure to a multicultural environmentExperience of competency/behavior based interviewing techniquesPreferred QualificationsExcellent interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic behavior and self-starter attitudeResults drivenAbility to work independently on the assigned tasks and own projects end to end, until closureWhat can we offer?Attractive salary and benefits such as Medical Aid, Retirement and risk benefitsWork in a multicultural environmentVarious trainings (technical & soft skills)Development opportunities in a growing multinational companyIn case Genpact does not respond to your application within 30 days, please consider it was not successful for the current recruitment process for this role.
