Manage and ensure that accurate skills tests, and psychometric assessments are facilitated to ensure that only qualified candidates are selected Manage all candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience Manage job postings on social media using niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Complete market research to ensure that Faircape is industry aligned Ensure quality responses from ads Help build a talent pipeline to create applicant pools and talent pipelines Monitor and interpret Acquisition Data to identify trends and suggest and implement actions where required Work closely with Managers to assess talent requirements Build the companys professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies, university placement staff and other partners Qualifications: Tertiary qualification, e.g.
Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration Degree or relevant field is advantageous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Consultant Hands on experience with social media and other professional networks, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Skills and Attributes: Computer literate (experience in Google Drive, Sheets and Docs preferable) A sound understanding of and experience using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
