You'll play a pivotal role in managing talent planning by implementing the Company's talent and sourcing strategies, contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives, with a focus on the contingent and Statement of Work workforce.
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and associated reporting is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Source Talent: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs.- Recruitment and Selection: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
This includes matching/shortlisting, setting up interviews, onboarding, and managing suppliers and rate negotiations.- Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes, including document collection, conducting fingerprints, requesting PIMs checks, and ensuring legal contracts are in place.- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.- TES and RFQ Processes: Handle Tender Evaluation System (TES) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.Requirements:- Matric/Grade 12 and a bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.- Experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including selecting top talent.- In-depth understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.- Experience with SAP Fieldglass is advantageous.- Experience with Tender Evaluation System (TES) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.- Vendor management experience.
