Talent Acquisition Researcher (12 Month Contract)
To use tools and data to create targeted sourcing strategies and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates based on the needs and requirements of the organization. Talent Acquisition Researchers ensure that the organization is well-prepared to meet its future talent needs by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
Work closely with the business to map the candidate profiles and develop insights.
Prepare candidate profiles and ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentations.
Build and manage talent and candidate databases aligned to key talent requirements.
Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates across various sources, including social networks, job boards, and professional associations.
Generate candidate pipelines for active and passive recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand specific talent requirements and priorities.
Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform our recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve our sourcing and talent acquisition processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent network.
Assist with initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with our organization's needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
Source candidates through the use of various tools and strategies to find potential candidates, including online databases, social media, and networking events.
Build talent pipelines that are developed and maintained through a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, helping to inform recruitment strategies.
Screen and assess potential candidates for the organization and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization through initial screenings and assessments.
Collaborate by working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role and align their sourcing strategies accordingly.
