Your keyjobresponsibilities as theTalent Acquisition ManagerinCape Town, South Africa will include:
Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job profiling to offer negotiation.
Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the resourcing team to drive effective talent searches.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, screenings, and evaluations.
Develop effective recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to candidate placement and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to agreed SLAs.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and collaborate with HR during the onboarding process.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on the recruitment process.
Market Research and Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.
RequirementsRequirements for thisTalent Acquisition Managerjob inCape Town, South Africa:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in Cape Town.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and best practices in Cape Town.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Recruiter within an agency; internal recruitment experience is also desirable.
Demonstrable success in placing candidates across various industry sectors, including technology.
Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
Highly results-driven with a customer-centric focus.
