Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: End-to-end process design for the attraction and tracking of new employees. Engagement with external stakeholders (agencies, higher educational institutions). End-to-end youth pipeline recruitment design (Graduates, Learners, Interns, Trainees, Bursaries) Accountable for the onboarding process design for all business units across stores, distribution centres, manufacturing and contact centres, and head office.
