Bevoegdheid in Microsoft Office Suite.
Sterk bestuurs-, leierskap- en spanbouvermoëns.
Bewese ervaring in personeeltoesig, konflikhantering en kliëntediens.
Minimum 35 jaar ervaring in 'n bestuursrol in 'n kleinhandel-/diensomgewing.
Kennis van rekeningkundige beginsels, finansiële verslagdoening en voorraadbestuur.
Ervaring in die konstruksie- of huurbedryf word verkies.
Belangrikste Verantwoordelikhede: Takoperasies: Toesig hou oor daaglikse operasies en verseker 'n doeltreffende werkvloei oor verskeie afdelings.
Finansiële Bestuur: Hanteer bankdienste, kontantslotte, kredietrekeninge en finansiële prosesse.
Kliëntverhoudings: Hanteer kliënte, krediete, terugbetalings en verseker kliëntetevredenheid.
Voorraad & Logistiek: Monitor voorraadvlakke, bestuur huurprosesse en hou toesig oor werkswinkelaktiwiteite.
Personeeltoesig: Lei, oplei en bestuur takpersoneel terwyl 'n positiewe werksomgewing bevorder word.
Verkope & Besigheidsontwikkeling: Werk aan die uitbreiding van die kliëntebasis, bestuur verkoopsverteenwoordigers en beplan promosie-aktiwiteite.

Proven track record in staff supervision, conflict resolution, and customer service.
Minimum 35 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail/service environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Experience in the construction or hire industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow across multiple departments.
Financial Management: Handle banking, cash-ups, credit accounts, and financial processes.
Customer Relations: Manage customer complaints, credits, refunds, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage hire processes, and oversee workshop activities.
Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and manage branch staff while fostering a positive work environment.
Sales & Business Development: Work on expanding the customer base, managing sales representatives, and planning promotional activities.
Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate record-keeping, handle month-end reports, and oversee supplier management.
