Stowe Holdings is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Systems Engineer in the Field Services Department based in Plattekloof, Parow, Cape Town.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Customer ServiceDistinguished service on Stowe and 3rd party productsIncident ResolutionDiagnose, Fault-Find and Problem SolvingLow level communications and data structure understandingLow level investigationsProduct Support (On Site)Hardware SupportMentoring techniciansAdministration to be completed as per internal policies and proceduresTools ManagementBoot Stock ManagementHardware ToolsSoftware ToolsWeekly Vehicle inspectionsInstallation and Training capabilityAdditional Tasks that may be given at management's discretion.Minimum requirements:Matric Qualification (or equivalent) A+ certification essentialA minimum of 2 years' working experience in related Petroleum or IT industryDriver's LicenseKnowledge of Computer Hardware & Microsoft Operating SoftwareStrong administration skillsAdvantageous:2 – 5 Years' experience in the Petroleum IndustrySoftware Knowledge such as NetPOS, NetACC, PEC 8850, Retalix & NAMOSHardware Forecourt Controllers such as Postec, Domms, MPI & EnablerValid PassportClosing date: 30 November 2016Job Type: Full-timePay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per monthApplication Deadline: 2024/11/22
