About the role As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing solutions to enhance our service management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the successful integration of technology solutions to optimize service delivery. Our Ideal Candidate has: Bachelor's degree in information technology - Computer Science or Information Technology – Programming Certification in ITIL Experience with Service Management systems i.e. Ivanti ISM, Service Now, Cherwell ITIL Principles and the application thereof Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support Business analysis and design Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Databases and Query language (i.e. SQL) Agile development principles Knowledge of API frameworks. Web Services XML SOAP Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational At least 3-5 years' experience in Service Management systems Backend Administration Experience in progressive database or software development roles Stakeholder relationship engagement and management Responsibility for delivery in a fast-moving environment Business analysis and design Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Conditions of Employment A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required Contactable via own mobile phone Clear criminal and credit record
