Job Title: Switchboard AdministratorReference: PC001469-RC-1Our client in Durbanville, who specializes in funding and growing SME's, is looking for a Switchboard Administrator with 2 years' experience in a similar role and knowledge of MS Office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: AdminBASIC SALARY: R15,000START DATE: A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:Grade 122 Years' experience in a similar roleKnowledge of MS Office and other Office applicationsStrong communication skillsGood problem-resolution and creative thinking abilitiesDUTIES:Answer and direct client callsTake messages and relay them to the appropriate team member/sCommunicate with clients via telecom and e-mail, ensuring timely and professional responses to queriesExplain the product, pricing, and loan terms to customersAssist clients in obtaining bank statements in the correct format and be familiar with all submission channelsAssist the Front Desk team in preparing and processing applicationsPrepare all relevant information required for applications, including converting business bank statements via various channelsMake follow-up calls to clients regarding pending business bank statementsHOURS:08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
