A leading forward-thinking, fast growing digital marketing company is currently looking to further expand their dynamic team with a Swedish Call Centre Agent, to join their offices in Johannesburg, South Africa.
As the Swedish Call Centre Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa, you will primarily be responsible for assisting all Swedish users/clients telephonically and providing support.
Job duties include:
Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language)Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email)Ensures that all communication (in Swedish and English) with our users/clients is of the required/expected qualityEnsures that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and mannerAssists VIP Hosts (when necessary) with Swedish translations and / or correspondenceEnhances and improves customer experience and relationshipsJob Requirements:
