Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Source, negotiate, and manage all supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality pharmaceutical materials and services are obtained at the best prices Work closely with the manufacturing team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical material suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Monitor and enforce compliance with government regulations and industry standards specific to the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations Exceptional negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits Salary: negotiable Training & Development RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
