We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Specialist of Supply Chain Compliance to oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our supply chain operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.Monitor and assess compliance risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure compliance standards are met.Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards related to supply chain compliance.Lead investigations into compliance issues and develop corrective action plans as needed.Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations.QualificationsDegree (NQF L7) in Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Finance.At least 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team.Certification in supply chain management or compliance (e.g., CSCMP, SCPro) is a plus.We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who can drive compliance initiatives and ensure that our supply chain operations meet the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
