Supply Chain Analyst Rosslyn Pretoria NorthOur client seeks a Supply Chain Analyst with 5+ years experience. Comfortable with various Procurement systems and able to assist with implementation of systems. The primary role is to improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the delivery process of spare parts and exceptional analytics skills. The candidate will be required to use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments and sites to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.Salary: Market Related CTCWorking Hours: 8am to 5pm M-F (Can start earlier)ResponsibilitiesMeasure supply chain performance and report to managementCreate performance reports for management to reviewPerforms detailed review of existing methodologies and processesGather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costsWork with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service deliveryCommunicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changesMonitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, and delivery of spare partsRequirementsBCom Honours degree in Supply Chain Management or degree in Industrial EngineeringCertificate in project management5+ years' experience in a supply management role or related position in the Engineering / Manufacturing industrySAP or SAGE ERP and Advanced Excel experienceQuantitative analysis expertiseWorking knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from dataInterpersonal communication skillsProblem solving skillsCritical thinking skillsPlease apply onlineFROGG Recruitment
