Supplier Relationship Manager (Financial Services Sector) R 870K Benefits International Company in the Financial Services sector seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager to be responsible for their Marketing and Digital Categories (must have experience in both).
Setting the direction for Overall accountability for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Vendor Management (VM) for company's suppliers, across the entire Group (BU's and Subsidiaries included) Building and maintaining the SRM center of excellence as well as enabling the Business Unit/Subsidiary SRM capabilities Guide Knowledge Management within Procurement to enable sharing of leading practice and industry benchmarks amongst others Oversight of supplier compliance and ensures that controls are in place to ensure minimal group risk Relationship management, across the whole of the top supplier's engagement within the company Own Supplier Relationship Framework, policy and process that ensure dealings with strategic vendors has relevant controls and assurance issues across the group Project manage group projects across the group related to SRM Build the SRM community by providing focus, assignments, motivation, support and coaching to its members Implement supplier compliance process and methodologies and provide reporting (ensure suppliers adhere to company standards) Monitor supplier performance against agreed performance indicators, trends in the business and customer requirements and identify optimization proposals Guide SRM Knowledge Management within Procurement to enable sharing of leading practice and industry benchmarks Manage a small team Support the Head of Procurement in the digitalisation of SRM processes, including risk assessment, governance, data collection, performance management and reporting in order to fulfil relevant regulatory and Corporate Social Responsibility needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
