We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Supplier and Department Vetting Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our suppliers and government departments meet our standards for quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough vetting of suppliers and government departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Analyze compliance records and other relevant documents.
Perform background checks and research to evaluate the reputation and reliability of suppliers.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide recommendations based on assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier and department evaluations with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the vetting process.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent research and communication skills.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must reside in Mossel Bay and have the ability to work onsite.

Compensation:This position offers a gross salary ranging from R12,000.00 to R15,000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
