Your key responsibilities Oversee and complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Perform inspections in line with established service parameters and document findings, making corrective recommendations to customers. Consult with custoners on repair and saftey related issues and prepare necessary resources for repair tasks. Supervise and support site-based Inspectors/Technicians, conducting spot checks to ensure high quality workmanship. Provide Quick Quotes for immediate service or repair needs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Maintain company issued equipment, vehicles, and assets, reporting any issues for resolution. Follow established safety procedures and provide technical support to ensure compliance with OHS regulations. Stage parts and components, improve asset data quality, and generate sales leads and improvement opportunities. Record faults and exceptions, participate in safety reviews, and support the implementation of the Service Model. Comply with all relevant OHS acts, regulations, and health and safety policies, and report any hazards or incidents as per company procedures. Pefrom other duties as assigned.
What should you bring? Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes:
Qualification/Education: Electrical/Millwright trade Accreditation as Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI) would be an advantage
Skills & Knowledge: 5 years field service experience Supervisory experience Working technicial knowledge of cranes Fully equipped with SHEQ kmowledge and understand of its legislation Must be able to work in confined spaces; elevated areas and at heights Must be able to travel locally and outside SA for operational requirements Excellent level of computer literacy on complete Microsoft Office
