Supervisor Car Park.Int Ort.Airport Operations (Airport Management)(P70001)

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager of Car Park and will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Reporting non-compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain compliance.Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of parking operation processes.Providing input into the budget planning process.Overseeing cash flow processes and allocating resources accordingly.Conducting daily reconciliation of revenues.Organizing, scheduling, and supervising subordinates' activities within processes or services to meet efficiency and quality objectives.Maintaining stable employee relations by managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.Engaging in project execution.Cultivating, supporting, and sustaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to achieve organizational goals.Technical Skills and Experience:
A Higher Certificate is essential.Two years of operational business experience is essential.One year of supervisory operational business experience is advantageous.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.A Code B Driver's License.Competencies:
