Student Recruitment Representative

The Student Recruitment Representative reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for the recruitment of students through direct marketing and personal selling, of tertiary education courses/programs to ensure that student number goals are achieved.
Duties: Responsible for the recruitment of students through outreach programmes, direct marketing and personal selling of tertiary education courses/programs to ensure that student number goals are achieved.
Initiate and execute the activities of a sales funnel, from the lead generation of suitable candidates, conversion of prospects to applicants and ultimately, assist with the Registration of new students.
Student Recruitment Representatives educate, inspire and advise students, parents/guardians, teachers, career counsellors, psychologists, and industry stakeholders on the company's educational products and industry while building and maintaining strong relationships with feeder school personnel.
Requirements: Education: ·        Diploma or Advanced Diploma: Somatology, Health & Skin Care, Advanced Dermal Aesthetics ·        Diploma or degree: Marketing, Sales Management, Education, Communications, Business Management, counselling, is advantageous Experience: Valid driver's licence Must willing to travel extensively to various provinces Two to three years practical experience in recruitment/marketing and sales Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (customer relationship/database management) software.
Must be comfortable and skilled in spending ±3 hours a day on the telephone promoting courses to prospective students and their parents.
Must be able to work independently and responsibly from hotel rooms while travelling, to complete administrative and selling tasks.
