Position: Strategic Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Manager
Location: Pretoria
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will develop and implement governance processes, as well as organisational performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring that strategic objectives and programmes are implemented and reported on effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant postgraduate business qualification (NQF Level 8) or equivalent tertiary qualification in monitoring and evaluation.
Expertise in organisational governance and business management processes and planning.
Minimum of 5 years' management experience in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation within a public entity or government institution.
Knowledge of business and management principles.
Insight into the science and technology aspects of the company.
Strong ability to collect, synthesize, and report information.
Proficient in market and trend analysis.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Performance Areas:
Strategic planning.
Development and implementation of governance processes.
Organisational performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Development, implementation, and evaluation of the Annual Performance Plan (APP).
Monitoring and evaluation of the reporting cycle.
Coordination and assessment of performance information required for the Annual Report.
Financial management.
People management.
