Job Summary:As a Strategic Operations Coordinator at Assign Services (Pty) Ltd - JHB, you will play a crucial role in supporting the President's Office in achieving its objectives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Assist the President in planning, coordinating, and implementing various activities within and outside the organization.Ensure the smooth operation of the President's Office by managing administrative tasks, including document processing, scheduling, and meeting coordination.Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and conducting research.Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.Perform other duties as assigned by the President.Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in a senior administrative role.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Work Environment:Assign Services (Pty) Ltd - JHB is an equal opportunities employer.
