We're searching for a dedicated Store Manager to join our international Cielo team.
If you're ready to inspire others, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient store operations, we want to meet you Your Role: As a Store Manager at Cielo, you will be responsible for: Exemplary Customer Service: Showcase our product range while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Youll address customer concerns in-store and over the phone, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Team Leadership & Development: Schedule, delegate, and monitor staff tasks, ensuring the team performs at its best.
You'll also be responsible for coaching, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day store operations, including maintaining accurate bank balances, conducting cash-ups, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Your organizational skills will ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all team members, maintaining a professional and compliant work environment.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the group, promoting seamless communication and teamwork to meet store and company goals.
Continuous Improvement: Help drive store performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that boost efficiency, productivity, and overall store success.

· Proficient experience in MS Office is essential.
· Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: · Grade 12/Matric preferably an advance diploma business management or bachelor's degree Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Retail: 5 years (Required)
