You will be responsible for the daily running of the store.

JOB PURPOSE: You will be responsible to manage the day to day running of the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Secure full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operationsMinimizing the risk in all departments of your storeStaff Management – Lead and superviseDaily and weekly updates on main KPI's to Area ManagerCash Management and general administrationStock ManagementDriving Sales to achieve group budgetsEffective implementation of new strategies/initiativesOngoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantlyPromote SeaHarvest brand optimallyOptimise store operations and evaluate store layoutRelevant approvals to be doneEnsure that IT systems are utilised correctlyREQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: Grade 12Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantageGood process and product knowledgeAbility to function independently and work under pressure.To adhere to the standards of a Pre-Placement AnalysisBe Pro-Active and customer services orientated.Self-motivatedTeam Player with excellent leadership skillsAttention to detail is imperativeInterested parties who meet the above requirements, and possess the attributes stated, may submit a comprehensive CV, along with x3 certified copies of their ID's, qualification/s and SARS nr to:
