Hours: 10/11 am - 21/22 PM.
Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the store culture and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Lead and train team members to meet customer expectations.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
Handle POS systems and manage cash flow.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure organized product displays.
Promote a welcoming, clean, and safe store environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a retail store, ideally in the cannabis or vaping industry.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Matric or equivalent qualification.
Immediate availability to start.
