Key Responsibilities Day-to-day running of the storeManaging stock losses to make sure shrinkage is in line with the Company targetDriving turnover to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are metMaintaining the visual appeal of the storeControlling expensesProvide world class customer service and ensure that customer needs are metEnsure recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations needs of staff are metConducting daily, weekly and monthly check listsMake sure that staff adhere to the policies and proceduresConduct and supervise hanger countsConducting regular spot checks at the service deskConduct spot checks at the fitting rooms
Qualifications and Experience Qualification/s:Matric or equivalent qualificationExperience / Knowledge:3-5 years' experience in managing a fashion retail storeProven track record in successfully managing a fashion retail store
