Job Description:Generating samples to customer specificationsControl manpower by effective utilization of the manning schedule, providing role clarity, promoting teamwork, and planned schedules.Effective management of the Stereo and Die departments consistent with the OEE downtime.Liaising with service providers to ensure consistent quality of product and update of innovative measures.SHEQFS compliance to ensure all activities and duties are performed in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, legal and statutory requirements, ISO standards ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 Quality Assurance & ISO45001.In conjunction with the Commercial Manager, organize job-related internal and external competencies for staff that have an impact on the Business Management System.Job Requirements:Grade 12National Diploma in Production SupervisionQualification in Graphic Design or similar will be advantageous2 years experience within a manufacturing and printing industryComputer literacyProficient in CADAttention to detailStructural knowledge of carton design and carton erectorsAccurate measuring skills to size cartons for applicationKnowledge of paper and board specs and characteristicsHousekeeping
