Electromechanical –o Perform replacement and/or servicing of pumps. o Perform fault-finding on heat pump errors. o PLC control - surface treatment plant o HMI control - surface treatment planto Programming pipe bender - CNCLPG –o Understand burner faults and codes and perform problem solving. o Perform exchange of burners. o Perform ionisation and ignition probe changes. o Perform fault finding on LPG vapouriser. ElectricityRequired expertiseo Mechanical Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent (millwright) Proficiency in CAD o Proficiency in APIS o Proficiency in CMM o Experience in using ERP systems o Understanding of the automotive industry o Knowledge of SABS 1430, SABS 1564 and SABS 1080 o Knowledge of IATF16969:2016 and VDA6.3:2023Required experienceo Minimum of 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering and maintenance.
