Stable Manager

Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a relevant tertiary qualificationEquestrian experience is highly beneficialMust be organically and eco-friendly inclinedPassion to grow the horse projectMust be proficient in English and understand or speak AfrikaansThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Caring for and maintaining the well-being of livery horses.Supervising and coordinating the work of grooms.Overseeing the inventory of supplies, feed, and medical treatments for horses.Providing regular updates to livery owners about the status of their horses.Conducting and participating in training sessions and lessons.Managing and organizing outrides for clients.Overseeing the equestrian facilities and providing feedback to the General Manager.Managing a diverse range of livestock, including cattle, chickens, and fallow deer.Gaining hands-on experience in farming practices, including soil management, water conservation, and handling bales.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
