We are seeking a seasoned Database Administrator (DBA) with 6-10 years of experience to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL replication expertise and a proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work as required.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain SQL databases to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement and support SQL Transactional and Merge Replication for data consistency across databases.Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries for efficiency.Conduct database backups, recovery, and perform regular maintenance tasks.Collaborate with development teams to support database changes and updates.Uphold data security and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Contribute to database design, architecture planning, and capacity management.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.6-10 years of proven experience as a DBA, with a focus on SQL replication (Transactional and Merge).Strong expertise in SQL Server and database administration best practices.Proficiency in performance tuning, query optimization, and analysis.Solid understanding of disaster recovery and backup strategies.Ability to work independently within a remote team environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Additional Information:Full-time role dedicated to a single client.Hybrid setup with most work conducted remotely.If you meet these requirements and are excited to contribute to a high-performing team, send your CV to
